Lazy Noodles

Meat and veggies

  • garlic (sliced)

  • ground meat (chicken, beef, or turkey)

  • leafy greens (spinach, chard)
    2 large handfuls
  • onion (thinly sliced)

  • pepper
    1 tsp
  • salt
    1 tsp
  • vegetable oil
    1 tbsp
  • veggies (optional: cabbage, string beans, snow peas)

Noodles and Sauce

  • dark soy sauce
    1 tbsp
  • honey
    1 tsp
  • sesame oil
    2 tsp
  • soy sauce
    3 tbsp
  • sriracha (optional)
    1 tsp
  • wheat noodles (spaghetti or any other wheat noodle)
    6 oz

Meat and veggies

    Heat the wok over high heat, and add vegetable oil .
    vegetable oil: 1 tbsp

    Add ground meat and stir-fry until browned and slightly crispy.
    ground meat: 8 oz (chicken, beef, or turkey)

    Add onion and garlic . If adding veggies other than leafy greens, add at the same time.
    onion: 1/2 (thinly sliced), garlic: 2 (sliced), veggies (optional: cabbage, string beans, snow peas)

    Continue to cook over high heat until the onions are slightly softened and browned at the edges.

    Stir in leafy greens until just wilted. Season with salt and pepper .

Noodles and Sauce

    Cook wheat noodles according to the package directions.
    wheat noodles: 6 oz (spaghetti or any other wheat noodle)

    Add to a bowl along with soy sauce , dark soy sauce , sesame oil , honey , and sriracha .
    soy sauce: 3 tbsp, dark soy sauce: 1 tbsp, sesame oil: 2 tsp, honey: 1 tsp, sriracha: 1 tsp (optional)

    Toss with the meat and veggie mixture.
