Lazy Noodles

veggies (optional: cabbage, string beans, snow peas)
Noodles and Sauce

dark soy sauce1 tbsp

honey1 tsp
-
sesame oil2 tsp

soy sauce3 tbsp
-
sriracha (optional)1 tsp

wheat noodles (spaghetti or any other wheat noodle)6 oz

Meat and veggies

1Heat the wok over high heat, and add vegetable oil .vegetable oil: 1 tbsp

2Add ground meat and stir-fry until browned and slightly crispy.ground meat: 8 oz (chicken, beef, or turkey)

3Add onion and garlic . If adding veggies other than leafy greens, add at the same time.onion: 1/2 (thinly sliced), garlic: 2 (sliced), veggies (optional: cabbage, string beans, snow peas)

4Continue to cook over high heat until the onions are slightly softened and browned at the edges.

5Stir in leafy greens until just wilted. Season with salt and pepper .leafy greens: 2 large handfuls (spinach, chard), salt: 1 tsp, pepper: 1 tsp
Noodles and Sauce

1Cook wheat noodles according to the package directions.wheat noodles: 6 oz (spaghetti or any other wheat noodle)

2Add to a bowl along with soy sauce , dark soy sauce , sesame oil , honey , and sriracha .soy sauce: 3 tbsp, dark soy sauce: 1 tbsp, sesame oil: 2 tsp, honey: 1 tsp, sriracha: 1 tsp (optional)

3Toss with the meat and veggie mixture.
